Easy re-calling and adding items to an existing ticket
A customer doesnβt respond to the call, or asks for one more coffee at pickup? In one click you call the ticket again or add more items to it β without losing its place in line.
Re-calling
- βOne button, no new number β The same ticket lights up the board again and plays the audio call.
- βAttempt counter β On each ticket you see how many times you've called the customer and when.
- βCall it back to wherever you need β Send the ticket back to "in preparation", or straight to "ready for pickup" β whatever fits the situation.
- βSmart warning β If you pick a step that isn't shown on the board, the system warns you that the customer won't hear the call.
Adding items to an existing ticket
- βExisting items right next to it β On one screen the staff see what's already ordered and just add the rest.
- βAdd from the price list in one click β Pick a service, set the quantity, adjust the price if needed. Prices are pulled from your price list.
- βCustom item outside the price list β When a customer wants something unusual, the staff write a one-off item β name, quantity, price per unit.
- βThe ticket remembers everything β New items are added to the original ones, the total is recalculated, and the updated order shows on the board and in the kitchen.
Real-world example: A customer stands at pickup with a ticket for a cappuccino and remembers: βOh, and add a sandwich and a cola, please.β The staff opens their ticket, clicks βAdd and call againβ, picks the sandwich and cola, sets the step to βin preparationβ β the sandwich goes straight to the kitchen, the cappuccino stays, and the new total shows on the receipt. No new ticket, no new order number, no confusion.
